GENERAL INFORMATION FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) Can I send items as gifts? Yes! You can send any item as a gift. For a nominal fee of $5.00 per order, your gift can be wrapped in a beautifully decorated box and tied with a ribbon. Your gift order receives special care and a gift message may be included with any order at no charge. Please call (800) 559-0514 for more information. Can I place my order by telephone? You can easily place an order by telephone by calling (800) 559-0514. Orders may also be placed by fax at (562) 804-8922. If you prefer to send us a check for your order, please complete a Faith-Sharing order form and mail it to: Faith-Sharing, Inc. Please contact us at (800) 559-0514 to obtain a Faith-Sharing order form. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? We accept Visa and Mastercard. Do you charge sales tax on your products? Faith-Sharing charges sales tax at the current Los Angeles County rate of 8.25% for orders placed within the state of California. Orders that are billed to individuals outside the state of California are not charged sales tax. Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. In a short time we will offer international shipments so please feel free to keep in touch with us for updated information. How do I remove my name from your catalog mailing list? Just let us know and we'll take the necessary steps. Simply email us your name and address exactly as it appears on your mailing label. Please allow 30 days for your request to be processed. If you are receiving duplicate catalogs, indicate which name(s) and address(es) you would like removed from our list. How do I change my mailing or email address? Please email us your new address and mailing information to info@faith-sharing.com. Will you share my email address or mailing address with others? No. Your privacy is important to us and we assure you that we will not share your information with other companies. Phone: (800) 559-0514 SHOPPING WITH US Purchasing Terms and Conditions By purchasing products from Faith-Sharing.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Faith-Sharing, Inc. arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. All products purchased from Faith-Sharing.com are Freight On Board (F.O.B.) from our warehouse facility. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the warehouse to a common carrier. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases? We accept Visa and Mastercard. How do I place an order? Orders may be placed online by completing the following steps: To add an item to your order, select the product you desire, then click the "Add To Basket" button at the bottom of the product page. View your entire order at any time by clicking "View Shopping Cart Contents". When you are ready to process your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information and a form of payment. You will have a chance to review all of this information prior to submitting your order. You can always call us at (800) 559-0514 or fax a completed Faith-Sharing order form to (562) 804-8922 to submit your order, if you do not want to submit your information electronically. Please contact us if you do not have an approved Faith-Sharing order form. Payment must be received by credit card or check prior to product being distributed. How do I ship to an address other than my billing address? Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page. Will Faith-Sharing send an order confirmation via email? Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours. You may also call us at (800) 559-0514 to check on details of your delivery. How can I find out the status of an order placed online? Order status can be easily checked by calling (800) 559-0514. A Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you with checking your order. How do I remove items from my shopping cart? If your shopping cart is not yet “checked out”, just click on the “Remove” link next to the item. Once you’ve checked out, we may not be able to cancel your order if it’s already in the shipping process. Please call us at (800) 559-0514 to speak with someone in our Customer Care Department to inquire about canceling or changing an order that’s already been placed. Every item sold by Faith-Sharing comes with an unconditional lifetime guarantee covering all parts of the product and its construction. If you are not satisfied with a Faith-Sharing purchase or gift for any reason, feel free to return it back to us following the instructions included with the package for receiving a refund or replacement item. Please see the Returns and Exchanges section for detailed instructions on returning an item. Sending the gift they want is as easy as sending a Faith-Sharing Gift Certificate, redeemable through our catalog. The Gift Certificate will arrive via first-class mail in a special gift package that includes your personal message and a copy of our latest catalog. You can order a Gift Certificate by calling (800) 559-0514 and a Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you. We regret that gift certificates cannot be redeemed online at this time. Orders leave our warehouse on weekdays only and most orders are shipped via U.S. Mail after credit card authorization is received. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping time. Shipping charges will apply for each separate address shipped to. Our current shipping rates are as follows: Under $80.00 = $5.95 Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time. In a short time we will offer international shipments so please feel free to keep in touch with us for updated information. Rush Delivery By adding an extra $10 to your regular shipping and handling fee, we can ship most orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time to arrive in 2-3 business days. By adding an extra $25 to your regular shipping and handling fee, we can overnight your package to arrive the next business day. This arrangement is only guaranteed if order is placed by 12:00 noon, Pacific Time, pending product availability. Saturday delivery requires that an additional $34 be added to your regular shipping and handling fee. What is Faith-Sharing’s return policy? Every item sold by Faith-Sharing is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a Faith-Sharing purchase or gift for any reason, please send it back to us within 30 days by completing the Item Return form and following the instructions included with the package for receiving a refund or replacement item. Please do not send any package C.O.D. as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. How do I return merchandise? We want you to be completely happy with the products and service you receive from Faith-Sharing. To return an item, complete the Item Return form and attach it to a copy of the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Put the Item Return form in the original shipping box with your merchandise and simply mail it to: Faith-Sharing, Inc. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records. For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Faith-Sharing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. Feel free to call (800) 559-0514 anytime to check on the status of your returned merchandise. What if I want to make a return, but no longer have the return instructions? If you have misplaced your return instructions, please contact our office at (800) 559-0514 to obtain an Item Return form. How long will I have to wait for a refund on an item I have returned? Once we receive your return, if you placed your order with a credit card, your card will be credited back the dollar amount owed, minus delivery charges. For payments sent by mail and made with a cashier's check, a refund check will be issued. Please allow 30 days for receipt of refund. Credit or refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and verification of merchandise returned. Delivery charges are not refunded.
